Description of the physical product:
Ramón Allones is one of the remarkable names in the history of Habanos. Founded in 1837 by the Galician Ramón Allones, the brand is one of the oldest ones that still exist.
The founder of the brand is considered the first to invite artists, masters of printed graphics, in order to decorate packages with his own emblem. Using magnificent examples of artistic lithography in the presentation of Habanos boxes, Ramón Allones created paradigmatic canons of design, many of which are reverently observed nowadays.
Ramón Allones Hermitage Edición Regional Rusia was chosen by Habanos experts as the second regional release for Russia. The presentation of the release took place on September 14, 2017 in the city of St. Petersburg, during the main event of Russian lovers of Habanos cigars, VIII Habanos Day.
The Hermitage Museum, a pearl of the world of fine arts as well as decorative and applied arts, is rightfully considered one of the iconic symbols of the Northern Capital, which is reflected in the name Ramón Allones Hermitage.
In 2021, Top Cigars Corporation, the exclusive distributor of Habanos S.A. in Russia, chose Ramón Allones Hermitage Edición Regional Rusia as the second release in the Art Nouveau Serie, dedicating this limited edition to the foremost work of the Russian avant-garde.
The design of the second release was inspired by the work of Alexej Jawlensky (1864 - 1941) “Landscape with a Red Roof”, 1911, presented in the collections of the Hermitage Museum.
The painter, considered in the plastic arts, one of the most brilliant representatives of Expressionism, fuels his creativity with impressions of the revolutionary events of the 20th century. He made an enormous contribution to Russian painting, standing out particularly with bold brush strokes, bright expressive details and expression of feelings and emotional states.
The excellent Habanos of the Art Nouveau Series Ramón Allones Hermitage series are made “Totalmente a Mano con Tripa Larga”. Its leaves come from plantations in the Vuelta Abajo area, where the considered best tobacco in the world is produced, in the Pinar del Río region, in Cuba.
